As Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in leading our North American financial advisory practice. You will be expected to pitch financial advisory mandates, manage complex transactions concurrently, build and train a growing team of practitioners, and consistently provide high-quality, bespoke services to our clients.

This role involves driving the development and integration of sophisticated financial capabilities for the Treasury organization. You will execute a multi-year roadmap for treasury across a complex landscape of stakeholders within Treasury and also collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and success of the internal adoption, usage and leverage of treasury systems and workflows to support company success.

Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Wealthsimple. Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals. Create custom investment proposals that align with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance. Proactively service client accounts and maintain regular communication with clients through phone, video, and in-person meetings. Apply your financial expertise to complex client situations.

Lead a team of licensed advisors who provide comprehensive support to high net worth clients ($500K+) throughout their journey. Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enhancing the client service experience. Build a team that prioritizes client outcomes rather than sales targets, with access to cutting-edge fintech tools.

As a Senior Manager, Treasury & Capital Markets, you will work as a strategic partner within the Treasury team and interact directly with banking partners, lenders, investors, fintechs, capital markets counterparties, and key functional leaders within Wealthsimple to support Treasury initiatives and broader product launches. You will provide advice and collaborate with leaders in product, operations, trading, finance, legal, regulatory & compliance to find creative solutions to complex problems.
